New Patient Experience
The new patient experience begins after you schedule an appointment online or by phone. We set up your patient profile and send new paperwork to your email address. This allows you to go paperless during their appointment and also alleviates any anxiety you may have about forgetting something important!
New patients are greeted upon arrival with a tour of the office and an interview to address any needs or concerns. During this time, hygienists also introduce themselves and explain any treatments their appointment will include.
