You can sign up to Dental Care Associates of Buffalo’s Exceptional Dental $avings Plan for only $399 for the first family member and $339 for each additional family member. Eligible family members include your spouse and dependent children under the age of 19 (or up to age 23 if your dependent child is a full-time student).
